All our personalized wooden products are handmade of quality materials, one at a time, to your custom specifications. Please order carefully ... make sure you spell the child's name correctly and make sure to carefully read the specs on the product that you are ordering.
We will not exchange a product once it has been made per your instructions and shipped to you.
We will not remake a product at no charge if you have made an error. However, if we have made an error or omission, we will remake and reship the order to you at no charge.
Should a wooden letter get lost or damaged, we will replace or repair the letter at either a very minimal cost or no cost at all to you.
Orders: We do not accept phone orders. All orders must be placed through our website.
Contact Us: The best way to contact us is through e-mail. We are rarely available to accept phone calls, but we monitor our email constantly and will get back to you promptly.
