Puzzle pieces are made out of
Baltic Birch plywood
which is a light colored very sturdy wood
that lies flat and is warp resistant.
Names are made in upper & lower case letters.
Tall puzzle letters are approx.
2.75" high and short letters are 2.25".
Letters are 1/4" thick.
Puzzle letters are raised 1/8"
above the base puzzle board.
Overall size of two line puzzle is approx.
11.5 - 13.5" long by 7.75" wide by 3/4" thick.
We use only non-toxic finishes.
Choice of Letter Colors: Primary or Pastel
Primary colors: red, blue, green, orange, yellow, and purple
Pastel colors: pink, blue, green, apricot, yellow and light violet

All our personalized wooden products are made of quality materials, one at a time, to your custom specifications. Please order carefully ... make sure you spell the child's name correctly and make sure to carefully read the specs on the product that you are ordering.
We will not exchange a product once it has been made per your instructions and shipped to you.
We will not remake a product at no charge if you have made an error. However, if we have made an error or omission, we will remake and reship the order to you at no charge.
Should a wooden letter get lost or damaged, we will replace or repair the letter at either a very minimal cost or no cost at all to you.
Orders: We do not accept phone orders. All orders must be placed through our website.
