Raised Letters and Puzzle pieces are made out of Baltic Birch plywood
which is a light colored very sturdy wood that lies flat and is warp resistant.
Tall puzzle letters are approx. 2.75" high and 1/4" thick.
Overall size of three line puzzle is approx.
11.5 - 13.5" long by 9.75" tall.
We use only non-toxic finishes.
Choice of Letter Colors: Primary or Pastel
Primary colors: red, blue, green, orange, yellow, and purple
Pastel colors: pink, blue, green, apricot, yellow and light violet

We will not exchange a product once it has been made per your instructions and shipped to you.
We will not remake a product at no charge if you have made an error. However, if we have made an error or omission, we will remake and reship the order to you at no charge.
Should a wooden letter get lost or damaged, we will replace or repair the letter at either a very minimal cost or no cost at all to you.
