Puzzle pieces are made out of Baltic Birch plywood
that is very sturdy and remains flat (will not warp).
Tall puzzle letters are approx. 3" high and 3/8" thick.
Puzzle is inset into a wooden hand made shadow box frame.
 
Overall size of is puzzle approx.
11.5" long by 8.5" wide by 1" deep.

All our personalized wooden products are handmade of quality materials, one at a time, to your custom specifications.  Please order carefully ... make sure you spell the child's name correctly and make sure to carefully read the specs on the product that you are ordering.
 
We will not exchange a product once it has been made per your instructions and shipped to you.
 
We will not remake a product at no charge if you have made an error.  However, if we have made an error or omission, we will remake and reship the order to you at no charge.
 
Should a wooden letter get lost or damaged, we will replace or repair the letter at either a very minimal cost or no cost at all to you. 
 
Orders:  We do not accept phone orders.  All orders must be placed through our website.
